There, she gained valuable experiences and a working knowledge of California Landlord-Tenant Law. One thing led to another, leading to Janace’s position offer with many other management companies. With each position, she gained a wealth of knowledge for the industry. Eventually one of her formal clients, real estate broker Buenaventura Suba, decided to partner together and pool 20 years of experience in real estate investment and property management together to provide the high- level management services to other investment property owners.
In 2006, Janace and Buenaventura, along with two other friends established R&R Property Management and Leasing Service. This was a cherished personal and business relationship until the sudden and untimely death of Buenaventura at the age of 55 in 2010, forcing the staff to regroup.
As opposed to a "one size fits all" approach to property management, we continue to offer a client-centered service. We recognize that clients and tenants are the most valuable commodity in this business, so we treat them accordingly.
With this philosophy, we have continued to gain recognition in the property management industry. Our company currently manages a mixed portfolio, nearly 400 units of single-family homes, multi-family homes, and condos.
Remaining alert to current and changing trends in the property management industry and California Landlord Tenant Law, our goal is to continue to expand by offering high-quality individualized service to our clients.
In 2011, the US Commerce Association presented the "Best of Pasadena 2011" award to our property management company.
